Your Strategic Growth Plan

They’re doing well in their careers, they’re investing and saving for retirement, and they have a rough idea of where they hope they’re headed, but they don’t really know if they’re on the right path because they don’t have a plan in place or a partner helping them accomplish their goals.

Taking into account your goals, opportunities, and target markets—as well as your budget and time constraints—we can help you create a detailed roadmap to maximize your growth potential and give you greater confidence and peace of mind.
Timing
A strategic growth plan takes about a month, starting with a 90-minute discovery meeting.
Fees
New plans are $5,000 for firms of one or two advisors, and larger firms are quoted individually. Optimizing an existing plan is half-price, and we recommend doing so every 1-2 years or whenever significant changes happen in your practice.

Focused Consultations For Your Growth
Some teams prefer to simply strategize and brainstorm with us instead of having us create a formal plan. For those firms, we offer virtual and in-person strategy sessions with CEO Kelly Edwards. After the meeting, we will provide you with a recording of our time together, along with notes and action items from our AI notetaker. If you do a virtual strategy session and then decide to do a strategic growth plan within 30 days, the $1,000 fee for the virtual session will be credited toward the plan.
Timing
We are typically booked two weeks out on virtual strategy sessions, a month out on in-person Oklahoma sessions, and six to eight weeks out on sessions at your location.
Fees
- 90-minute virtual session on Zoom: $1,000
- Full day in Oklahoma: $5,000
- Full day at your location: $10,000
